We will not be responsible for any lost/damaged items which have been mailed out. We strongly recommend REGISTERED MAILS because refund will not be done for any lost mails .Once orders are placed; there will be no backing out of orders as we will reserve the items for you. Payment not received from customers within the expected time frame of 24 hrs, Flaunt Label reserves the right to release the order and put up the items for sale without further notification.

All products available for sale are brand new and prices stated are non-negotiable. There are strictly no meet ups, no reservation of items, no self collection as well as trades. All dead buyers will be blacklisted from future purchase with Flaunt Label.

By purchasing items from Flaunt Label, you are assumed to have agreed to the terms and conditions. To know more about the exchanges/credit note policies, kindly refer to the section below. Flaunt Label reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Any requests for exchanges or refund due to the following reasons below will not be entertained:

  • Dislike of items
  • Preference for another design
  • Problems with size or fitting
  • Material/quality/cutting/fabric not up to expectations
  • Color(s) of apparels shown in pictures is not the true color of the actual piece (Please note : we will inform you of any color discrepancies that exist if photos turn out otherwise)

In the event that you receive an item containing manufacture defects(which do not include zip related problems), you may make a request to exchange the item. REFUND IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. Any request for exchange of item(s) with defect should be accompanied by a Photo of the Defect(s), Name, Contact Number and Email Address.

When a request for exchange of defect item(s) has been agreed, you will need to return us the defect item via registered mail first before the following action will be taken:

1) If Flaunt Label have available stock for the same design of the defect item, we will mail you a brand new piece (registered postage) to replace the defect item.

OR

2) If Flaunt Label is out of stock for the same design of the defect item, we will store the amount you paid in the form of a credit note which you can use for your next purchase with us.

Defect item agreed for exchange must be in brand new condition. Postage charges of exchanges will be borne by Flaunt Label.

Exchanges and Credit note are only reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items for exchange must be made within 7 working days and we strictly will not accept any exchange after the expected time frame.
