Ordering

To place an order with us, simply fill up the email order form using the following format : Buyer name/ email address / Order items. We will get back to you within 12-24 hrs with the payment invoice. Enquiry on any items will not be considered as a confirmation order. Hence, please quote “CONFIRMED ORDER” so we can go ahead with the processing of invoice.
In the event that you do not receive any invoice/emails from us, kindly check the status of the items you ordered at the website. If the item(s) you are interested is under the status of “Pending”, you might want to leave your emails and we will put you on the waiting list. If any deals fall through, we will inform you.
Payment
Please note that we work on a first pay first serve basis for the 24 hours time frame. Once the payment invoice is sent, payment has to be made within the next 24 hrs.
However, do note that to account for the possibility of dead-buyers, excess invoices will be issued. Once all stock has been sold, Flaunt Label will send an email to buyers who have not confirm payment to cease payment. In the event that a buyer has made payment within the 24 hour time frame but stock is no longer available, Flaunt Label will do a refund via bank transfer.
Flaunt label reserves the right to cancel the order without informing buyer if payment is not received within the expected time frame . Please note, if you fail to make payment within 24 hours, you will not be given any priority for future purchases.
Currently, we accept ATM Transfer or POSB/DBS Ibanking. For ATM TRANSFER, please email us the details of the payment together with a CLEAR SNAPSHOT of the transaction receipt as a proof. We do not accepted scanned receipts and we will not proceed to send out the parcel unless we have received the snap shot. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery
Price are not inclusive of normal postage fees unless stated otherwise. For NORMAL POSTAGE, please add $1.50 to the prices stated for the first item and $0.50 for each additional item purchased. For REGISTERED POSTAGE, please add $3.74 to the prices stated. Registered Parcels comes with a tracking number that can be used to monitor online. Registered parcels are sent directly to doorstep.
In the event, there is no one to receive the parcel when it arrives, a notification slip will be slot under your door or left at your letterbox. You may then collect your parcel at the post office or you can reschedule for another preferred time for the delivery of the parcel(s).
Laundry Care
We recommend you to wash all garments separately with light detergent. Do not soak the apparels especially those with two colors or more to prevent color running during the wash.
